You must not trust your home with just anybody who has a website or sends you a letter. These so called "Service Centers" CANNOT protect you and your mortgage company knows this. We receive calls weekly from homeowners who have paid "Service Centers" huge sums UP FRONT to "represent them" in modifying their loans.
